Endostar - new stainless steel and nickel-titanium instruments!

All instruments of Endostar system are made of Swedish stainless steel ( files S, H, K and reamers K) or an alloy of nickel titanium (NiTi S, H NiTi H, NiTi K, reamers NiTi KR) and imported materials, which guarantee high quality products. They are designed for hand treatment.
At each holder of an Endostar instrument is indication of its size (6,8,10, 15, ..., 80) and type :

Steel instruments for root canal treatment, are produced in the 14 most commonly used sizes (no. 08 to 80) and 3 basic lengths (21, 25 and 28 mm).
Nickel-titanium instruments for root canal treatment, are produced in 12 sizes (from 15 to 80) and 3 basic lengths (21.25, 28mm).
They come in packs of 6 pieces of one size or sorted 15 -40, 45-80 ( 6 pcs in pack ).
All instruments can be repeatedly sterilized with hot, dry air at 180 ° C, in a steam autoclave at 135 ° C. Instruments can be disinfected in a mild disinfectant liquids, and washed in ultrasonic cleaners. Very aggressive disinfectants or applied in excessive concentrations may cause an infringement of the structure of the material (from which the handle is made), may also cause discoloration of the type and size designation (of the instrument).

On all instruments are placed endostops.

Endostar S-files
Files with great cutting ability, are the most effective files for root canal treatment. They are designed as composition of two cutting edges of H-files. They can be used as files (up and down movement in the canal with a slight turn up to 90 degrees) or reamers (360 degrees turning movement in the canal). They have a millimeter scale etched on the blade (18 to 25mm from the tip), which facilitates the determination of the working length of the canal. Marked with „S".

Endostar NiTi S-files
The newest generation of files with a great cutting ability. The most effective files, like S-files, are designed as composition of two cutting edges of H-files. They can be used as files (up and down movement in the canal with a slight turn up to 90 degrees) or reamers (360 degrees turning movement in the canal). NiTi S-files are made of nickel titanium alloy, so they are very flexible and safe instruments. Their resistance to bending is around 10 times greater than the resistance of the stainless steel instruments. They can be used in a very curved canals, which otherwise could not be treated with normal, stainless steel, instruments. There is no need to pre-bend NiTi files. The great flexibility of NiTi alloy instruments minimizes the risk of artificial straightening of the canal, wedging and perforating the canal. Marked with "NS".

Endostar NiTi H-files
Made of nickel titanium alloy - very flexible and safe instruments. Their resistance to bending is around 10 times greater than the resistance of the stainless steel instruments. They can be used in a very curved canals, which otherwise could not be treated with normal, stainless steel, instruments. There is no need to pre-bend NiTi files. The great flexibility of NiTi alloy instruments minimizes the risk of artificial straightening of the canal wedging and perforating . Marked with "N".

Endostar NiTi K-files
Made of nickel titanium alloy - very flexible and safe instruments. Their resistance to bending is around 10 times greater than the resistance of the stainless steel instruments. Files with a tight spiral, designed in a shape proposed by dr. Kerr. They can be used for very curved canals which are unavailable to conventional instruments, without the need for pre-bending.
Very good flexibility of these instruments, and its traditional shape, made of NiTi alloy significantly reduces the tendency to artificially straighten the canal, reduces the risk of the perforation. NiTi K files are marked with "N square ".

Made of nickel titanium alloy, as flexible and safe instruments. Reamers with a loose spiral, in a shape proposed by dr. Kerr, used with a rotating motion in a canal. They can be used for very curved canals which are unavailable to conventional instruments, without the need for pre-bending. Very good flexibility of these instruments, and its traditional shape, made of NiTi alloy significantly reduces the tendency to artificially straighten the canal, reduces the risk of the perforation. NiTi K reamers are marked with " N triangle "
